Over the last ten years I have treated clients in a variety of different treatment settings in both Los Angeles and New York. In 2013, I helped launch Monte Nido's first East Coast program, Monte Nido Manhattan, a Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Program for eating disorders. My role as the Clinical Director involved overseeing all aspects of client care including assessment and on-going treatment, as well as providing supervision to staff members. In my private practice I provide individual, couples and family therapy for adult and adolescent clients in the Flatiron District. I am currently an out of network provider. 

I received specialized training from the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy in the treatment of Eating Disorders as well as CBT-E training from the Centre for Research on Eating Disorders. I am an IAEDP Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and a frequent presenter at conferences and workshops on a variety of topics related to the treatment of eating disorders.

I have many years of experience working with family members, partners, spouses and caregivers of individuals struggling with eating disorders. I can help families and individuals sort through the wide range of treatment options available, insurance issues and building comprehensive treatment teams. I provide consultation and assessment services, as well as on-going treatment.
